What's the difference between a rough clean and a sparkle clean?
A rough (or 'first') clean removes construction debris, dust and rubbish after trades exit so detailers can work. A sparkle (or 'final') clean is the presentation finish before handover — windows detailed, surfaces wiped, marks removed.
How quickly can you turn around a builders clean?
Most single-dwelling builders cleans are booked 5–10 days ahead. We can mobilise inside 24 hours for urgent handovers when crew availability allows.
Will you work alongside trades still finishing?
Yes — we sequence detailing around remaining trades and re-detail any areas they re-enter. We'd rather phase a clean correctly than clean once and have it spoiled.
